We recommend uploading PNG files for best results. PNGs provide lossless compression, support transparent backgrounds, and handle opacity perfectly.
Other formats (AI, PDF, etc.) can work with our software, but PNG offers the ideal mix of quality, efficiency, and compatibility across most design programs.
Before Uploading:
Ensure artwork is 300 DPI or vector-based for sharp, clean prints.
Your background MUST be transparent.
⚠️ Orders submitted without a transparent background will be canceled and refunded. No Exceptions.

DTF transfers may arrive with slight powder or moisture from shipping — this is normal and unavoidable.
Store transfers in a cool, dry area.
To remove moisture:
Place the transfer under a hot heat press (back side up) for about 90 seconds.
Production time is 1–3 business days before shipping (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
🚫 Do not mirror your design.
Our software automatically mirrors images during processing. Submitting mirrored artwork will result in reversed prints.
All DTF transfers are final sale and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for user errors (incorrect file type, missing transparency, mirrored artwork, etc.).
If your order arrives defective, we’ll gladly replace it once we receive clear photos of the issue.
✅ Replacements apply only to defective items upon delivery.
❌ No refunds for upload, design, or user mistakes.

Please ensure your artwork does not infringe on copyrights or trademarks.
If your file includes licensed or protected material, you must provide:
Proof of ownership, or
Written authorization from the rights holder.
Purchasing files from marketplaces like Etsy does not automatically grant print rights.
Check the seller’s commercial-use license for permission before ordering.
